Who We Are
In the Tri-State Area: we are Jarrod Thomas and Josh Adkins. Together, we have a combined 25 years of experience in Construction Labor and Personnel.
Jarrod started in the industry in March of 1999 and has worked continuously in the city with practically every major contractor in greater Cincinnati. With 10 years of direct
experience in construction labor, Jarrod has a vast knowledge of the industry and many excellent client references available upon request.
Josh began his career in construction staffing in 2004. He holds an OSHA 500 hour card and has an excellent track record of putting the right employee in the right position. Josh hires every single employee at Trade Solutions.
